1) Ordering & Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse/partner facility.
We may contact you to verify details if we detect address or payment issues. Orders with unverifiable details may be cancelled and refunded.
2) Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States (including PO Boxes and military addresses/APO/FPO when supported by the selected service).

4) Carriers & Tracking
We primarily use USPS and UPS (and comparable partners as needed).
A tracking link is emailed as soon as the label is created/activated. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

To offer the best selection and pricing, we work with vetted U.S. and international fulfillment partners. Your order may ship from our U.S. location or a partner facility. Delivery windows above already reflect this; any unusually long lead time will be clearly noted on the product page.
6) Address Issues & Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it to an updated address (additional postage may apply).
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. If you cannot locate the package, please:

7) Out-of-Stock, Preorders & Splits

8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

To start a claim, email support@divergium.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll provide next steps.
For non-defective returns (when approved), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
9) Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, changes aren’t possible.
