1. Ordering Process
By placing an order on our store, you agree to provide complete and accurate information, including billing and shipping details.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability.

All payments are securely processed via Shopify’s Payment Gateway. We do not store or access your payment information.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and may change without notice.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within the United States.

5. Returns & Refunds

Most sales are final.

Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery (see our full Return & Refund Policy).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

To request a return, contact us at support@divergium.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

6. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative product.
