1) Ordering & Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse/partner facility.
We may contact you to verify details if we detect address or payment issues. Orders with unverifiable details may be cancelled and refunded.
2) Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States (including PO Boxes and military addresses/APO/FPO when supported by the selected service).

4) Carriers & Tracking
We primarily use USPS and UPS (and comparable partners as needed).
